In this project, we created a learning programme for The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment on educating their employees on Maori and Pasifika culture.

The programme compromises of a series of in-person training sessions, a set of 2 journals for the participants to use and keep, and an online knowledge centre. It’s broken down into 4 different sections which each focus on a specific area.

I created and conceptualized the 4 icons used to represent each section of the programme. I incorporated symbology to support the ideas and concepts being taught in each section.

Creating the icons was such a joy as there was so much opportunity for storytelling with each piece.
